The rotary tiller employs reduced box gearbox and 8 modulus equipment transmission. The top of the gearbox is exactly matched to 40-80 horsepower tractor, the angle of the common shaft and the horizontal airplane is about 10 degrees. It can effectively increase the transmission performance of the common joint push shaft and reduce the harm of the transmission shaft. The cutter shaft is produced of 80 thick and seamless steel pipe. The new kind of disc link is adopted. The aligning bearing is installed at equally finishes of the cutter shaft, and the concentricity of the cutter shaft can be adjusted instantly. The blade is created of 65Mn and IT245 rotary tillage knife. It has robust crushing capability. After rotary tillage can achieve the result of several occasions. By adapting a pair of bevel gears with diverse pace ratios, 220-320R/min can be utilized to obtain 220-320R/min rotation pace at PTO. The complete device hangs with Xihu (West Lake) Dis. suspension, the whole frame is integrated, the whole device is balanced in drive, good rigidity, higher intensity, and the width of procedure is from 160cm to 230cm.
